Questions that need answers

Here are some things about me that you most likely didn’t ask for but I’m giving to you anyway, have fun learning a little about me.

Who is Caleb?

I am currently 22 years of age and I am in the process of exchanging my own plans and those that would be considered traditional, for the plans that God has predestined for me. Feel free to have a look around and explore some of the experiences I am having on this journey to new discoveries with God!

Why am I here?

I was called by the Lord to this place. I sensed in the spirit that God had been calling me here for two years. I knew I wasn't going to come immediately but I knew I had to be here because God was calling me to a time in Witbank. So, every weekend I set out to Witbank from Pretoria for church and now I find myself here full-time. After honoring my cricketing commitments and finishing at the Academy, God made a way for me to come in His perfect timing.

What's next?

What are some of my hobies?

How did I get to where I am now

Well, in 2021 I was at the Titans Cricket Academy, pursuing my dream of becoming a professional cricketer. That's when I met someone from the church, pursuing the same thing as me in the same academy. I started visiting the church every weekend I could, fast forward a year or two and I found my planted place. And in exchange for my own plans, I'm choosing to follow God's.

What are the biggest things I've learnt in my time here so far?

Nearing the end of my first year, there's so much to reflect upon. The lessons I value most (as all of the lessons are big) are, the importance of generational wisdom and biblical manhood. The latter is something I hope all young men get to learn, it is so vital and critical for success in finance, marriage, and life generally.

What's my favourite meal

Depends on the day, time and hour you're asking... The safe answer however would be anything homemade, travelling a lot makes you enjoy the small things in life that you look over, a home cooked meal being one of them.

What God say about His children?
